Bruce Willis ? or is it Chef Thierry Marx best in Paris 2012

If Bruce Willis need a double well I have found one in awarded two Michelin stars Chef Thierry Marx who’s restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental in Paris which opened it’s doors last year was voted the best spot in Paris 2012. That alone should tell you something, this is Paris we are talking about and Paris as we know has some incroyable merveilleux place’s to go and eat. If you have been to my friends restaurant in Frankfurt, Silk, and Cocoon Club, then Chef Thierry Marx’s sur mesure tre thierry marx has created a cocoon of exclusivity dominated by white, with walls of soothing monochromatic clouds by artist Heidi Winge Strom who would know how to work with white being from Norway. Life is short so one has to make every attempt to make each minute count, and here is where Chef Thierry Marx comes in to make sure that you feel you are eating in heaven. The restaurant has seats for forty-four something that is apropos to the cuisine all served on white and gold porcelain. The only caution I have for anyone venturing to the restaurant keep your wallet closed this is in the worst area in Pairs, the streets Rue Saint-Honoré is not a easy street to navigate without not being tempted to shop, shop, shop, and shop on the way to un dîner plus étonnant
